APEX Investigation announces it has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire all operating assets related to Claims Verification, Incorporated (CVI)

APEX Investigation®, a nationwide leader in Insurance Defense, Workers’ Compensation, Liability, and Human Resources Investigations, announced today it has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire all operating assets related to Claims Verification Incorporated (CVI).

Founded in 1978, CVI has been one of the most respected investigation firms in the United States for over 40 years. This strategic acquisition enhances APEX’s growing footprint in southern and eastern U.S., as CVI operates in approximately 30 states.

“We are excited to join forces with the CVI team to better serve our clients from coast to coast. Our collective goal is to provide constant seamless communication, results our customers can use, and delivered at a fair price,” said JR Robles, CEO of APEX Investigation.

“The combination of APEX and CVI will provide additional value for both sets of customers and our people,” said Matt Dean, CFE, Regional Director.

The key executive management team, including Matt Dean and Scott Webb, will remain with the business going forward. The new business will operate under the name Claims Verification Incorporated.
